Hi, I am Ree
A pet photographer, behaviour enthusiast and very proud dog mum to Rae, Jace and Nova.
I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, but everything changed the day my border collie Nova was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. My fast, energetic boy had to slow down and suddenly every moment felt precious. I started photographing him constantly. His bright eyes. His brave attempts at zoomies. The way he softened into me during our quiet cuddles.
Those photos became my comfort.
They became his story.
They became memories I never wanted to forget.
That experience changed how I see pet photography and why I do this work.
Your dog is not just a pet. They are family. They are your daily joy. They are the one who sees you at your best and your worst and loves you anyway.
I understand that feeling because I live it to
The Heart Behind My Work
My goal is simple.
I want to help you hold on to the moments that matter.
The expressions you adore.
The tiny quirks that make your dog who they are.
The bond you share that words cannot quite describe.
When you look back at your photos years from now, I want you to feel all of it.
The joy.
The personality.
The love.
My Approach
I believe dogs should be allowed to be dogs.
This means your session is always calm, relaxed and shaped completely around your dog’s comfort. If your dog needs time to sniff and warm up, we take that time. If they want to stay close to you for most of the session, that is perfectly fine. If they are full of beans and excited by everything around them, we use that energy to create joyful images.
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
Your dog sets the pace and I follow.
With training in both animal behaviour and professional pet photography, I understand the small details that help your dog feel safe and understood. I read stress signs, notice subtle cues and know when to pause, when to play and when to let them simply be.
This is how I capture real moments that feel genuine and full of soul.
Meet My Dogs
The ones who shaped everything I do.
Nova
My soul dog. Brave, affectionate and endlessly loyal. He is the reason I discovered how powerful photos can be when life changes unexpectedly.
Jace
The softest heart in the house. Sensitive, thoughtful and always ready to remind me to slow down and breathe.
Rae
Full of personality and always making me laugh. She brings colour and mischief into every day.
They are each a huge part of my life and a huge part of why I love photographing the bond between people and their pets.

Proud Moments
I am grateful to have received recognition for my work over the years, but the real reward will always be the dogs who trusted me and the people who love them.
A Few Lovely Places My Work Has Been Shared
Being featured in magazines is something I am grateful for, but the real joy comes from celebrating the dogs and families behind every image.
These features simply highlight the heart that goes into each session.
